The Ann Children's Fund provides financial assistance to families who have adopted children with special medical needs within the United States. ACF’s assistance is paid directly to medical providers for costs incurred that are not provided by health insurance, government programs or other organizations. Funding is based on financial need and medical necessity. 

The Ann Fund does not provide assistance for costs associated with adoption fees, residential treatment, or medical diagnoses or assessments.  Benefits are provided for diagnosed medical conditions. Families should be prepared to provide medical records, invoices, employment and insurance information, and information about assets and expenses.
