We offer hope and help.
Each year children with special medical needs are welcomed into families in the United States through domestic, international, and foster adoptions. The costs associated with their needs are rising, and resources are dwindling. The Ann Children’s Fund exists to provide hope and help to adopted and foster children with special medical needs through emergency funding where insurance and other organizations fall short.

The Ann Children’s Fund relies on the generous donations of individuals, community partners, and businesses to come alongside parents in providing costly medical care to their children with special medical needs. We can all be part of the solution to help meet the need of a child. Learn more about monthly and one-time giving here.
We connect parents with Resources.
The Resource Hub is our collection of outside organizations that offer support for different special medical circumstances. Through our Resource Hub, we help parents find the help they need. If they cannot meet their needs through these outside groups or through insurance, we encourage them to apply for emergency assistance through our fund.
